Message from the Chairman and CEO Consolidating JA’s strategy for 2050 The 2022-23 school year has been all about implementing our JA strategy and enshrining it in all the activities of our European network. Our growth in learning experiences has come from the four strategic areas: empowering the underserved, accelerating digital transformation, cultivating partnerships and strengthening OneJA to be sustainable. A lot of new initiatives, new partnerships, new areas of activity and impact for JA in Europe. As a network we are proud to present an ambitious vision for 2050 when we aim to empower 20 million young Europeans every year and hence ensure JA’s societal impact as a true agent of change. Reaching this ambition will require continued investment into digital skills and delivery, supporting the transition of our youth to employment and entrepreneurship, creation of new partnerships and further developing the talents of JA staff. Together, we are excited to embark on the ambitious journey to bring our impact to the next level. In this report you will find highlights of the past school year that plant the seeds of our future growth. As I am retiring from the position of Chairman after two mandates, I extend mywarmest thanks to fellow Board members and staff at JA Europe and all the JA Members across Europe for their unwavering commitment and passion to JA's mission.
