On the level of intermediate outcomes, changes in the rate of start-ups and venture creation were best evidenced, followed by evidence for enhanced employability; On the level of global impact, there was evidence of higher levels of innovation in alumni companies.236 Others aspects of the typology provided in the detailed theory of change (Figure 2.2) were measured less often. Consequently, less evidence was available.
